In this Berlin role, you are the first point of contact for customers, handle complaints by phone and email, provide comprehensive customer service, manage the daily business relating to ATM cash replenishment, document movements in databases and Excel, and coordinate service providers. The role requires a completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally initial experience in sales support or customer support, strong service and customer orientation, very good MS Office skills, an independent and solution-oriented approach, team and communication skills, and preferably very good English.
