In this Berlin role, you are the first point of contact for customers, handle complaints by phone and email, provide comprehensive customer service, support the daily work related to filling ATMs, document movements in databases and Excel, and coordinate service providers so ATMs are refilled promptly. The role requires a completed commercial training, ideally initial experience in inside sales or customer support, strong customer and service orientation, very good MS Office skills, an independent and solution-oriented approach, strong teamwork and communication skills, and preferably very good English.
