Join Charles & Dean's team as a CRM & Systems Specialist, responsible for the day-to-day configuration, optimisation and integration of Salesforce, HubSpot and associated commercial systems. The role includes managing data flow and field mapping, lead routing and automation, CRM training and documentation, user support, and systems integration. Experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot, CRM configuration, workflows and data structures is required. Integration, API or middleware experience is beneficial. The role requires attention to detail, problem-solving ability, stakeholder support skills and an organised, process-driven approach. The position is on-site in either Shoreditch, London or Stamford, Lincolnshire.
