The role involves managing relationships with clients, introducers and partners, guiding SMEs through the unsecured lending process, identifying funding opportunities, using the Marketplace platform to match businesses with suitable lenders, delivering high standards of client service, ensuring FCA compliance, reporting KPIs and contributing to the team's growth. Applicants need a minimum of one year's experience in an SME finance brokerage, excellent relationship management and negotiation skills, commercial awareness, strong communication skills, computer literacy, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. The position is on-site in either Shoreditch, London or Stamford, Lincolnshire.
