Oversee Park Theatre's award-winning participatory programme, from co-devising projects through to planning delivery and evaluating impact. Responsibilities include developing the Creative Engagement strategy, designing and delivering programmes for young people, community groups and people living with dementia, managing staff, freelancers and volunteers, overseeing safeguarding and DBS checks, developing community and education partnerships, managing budgets, supporting fundraising applications and evaluating impact. The role requires experience designing and developing arts participation or engagement programmes, producing and project management, budget management, line management, workshop facilitation, inclusive and accessible arts practice, safeguarding, fundraising, evaluation and report writing.
