Cahill is seeking attorneys for associate positions in its New York office within the Private Credit practice group. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in corporate work, with substantial exposure to private credit transactions involving direct lenders, private credit funds, institutional investors and investment banks in corporate finance transactions, leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings and recapitalisation transactions. Preferred candidates will have experience structuring and executing first lien, unitranche, stretch senior, second lien and subordinated loan transactions, structured equity investments including non-traditional preferred stock financings, and equity co-investments. Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills, a strong academic background and admission to the New York Bar.
