Cahill is seeking an attorney for a unique Banking & Finance position that includes a long-term client secondment while remaining employed by Cahill. Candidates should have at least five years of private practice experience representing investment banks in sophisticated banking and finance transactions, with outstanding credentials in the leveraged finance market, including significant experience with leveraged loans, syndicated lending and private credit transactions. Prior client secondment experience is particularly relevant. Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills, outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, a strong academic background and admission to the New York Bar. The role involves serving as a trusted advisor to a leading financial institution client. The position is based in New York in person. The expected annual base salary is $375,000, with eligibility for a $25,000 annual bonus subject to the firm's bonus programme.
