Join the London team and work on transactions from inception through to completion across digital and tech-enabled businesses. Duties include collecting, reviewing and presenting financial, commercial and operational information, building and refining financial models, conducting valuations, preparing buyer and investor lists, producing client materials, supporting due diligence, and assisting with transaction documentation. The role also includes sector research, buyer mapping, investor targeting, maintaining valuation databases and contributing to transaction presentations. Candidates should have strong financial analysis, accounting, valuation and Excel modelling skills, familiarity with research tools such as S&P Capital IQ or similar platforms, strong PowerPoint and written communication skills, attention to detail, sound judgement, discretion and professionalism. The role requires the ability to manage multiple workstreams and practical understanding of appropriate AI tools and prompting techniques. Relevant experience of 2 to 4 years in corporate finance, transaction services, valuations, strategic finance, investments or a related field is required. ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent qualifications, and exposure to the digital and tech sector, are advantageous but not essential.
