Join Sequence Advisers' London team and work alongside senior professionals on transactions across digital and technology sectors, supporting founders, investors and corporates from initial planning through to deal completion. Duties include building and maintaining financial models for acquisitions, disposals and fundraisings, analysing company financials and market data for valuations and recommendations, preparing client materials such as pitch decks and information memoranda, and contributing to financial planning, due diligence and transaction execution. The role requires strong analytical abilities, finance and accounting knowledge, proficiency in financial modelling and financial statement preparation, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and confidence working independently and in small, high-performing teams. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline is required. CFA or ACA certification is advantageous, while prior experience in corporate finance, investment banking or related fields is helpful but not essential.
