Work as a key member of the Artistic team coordinating and implementing matters relating to SCP, film, and CSO special presentations. Duties include providing administrative and clerical support, assisting with contracts, coordinating performance and program details with artists and artist managers, arranging artist travel and accommodations, attending assigned concerts and rehearsals, providing artist support, maintaining production office supplies, processing tax forms, EFTs, artist fee payments and invoices, administering visa applications, maintaining concert files, music libraries and databases, and proofreading program and marketing materials. Requirements include formal training or equivalent experience in music, superior administrative and organizational skills, excellent communication and diplomacy skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Experience working directly with artists or artist management is preferred but not required. Must be flexible, able to prioritize, and available to work evenings and weekends.
