Work with the engagement and research teams to distil CPRC's research into engaging content that builds brand awareness and supports advocacy goals. Responsibilities include creating visual materials such as PDF research reports, website graphics, pitches and social media tiles, maintaining templates, building and maintaining image and video libraries, shooting and editing short-form video, publishing and scheduling content across digital channels, moderating online communities, monitoring digital trends and using analytics and audience insights to improve content performance. The role requires strong graphic and visual design skills, photography and video production and editing skills, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign competency, digital content production experience, exceptional storytelling skills, strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, initiative and an interest in CPRC's mission. Experience in a not-for-profit or progressive organisation, social media moderation, online community growth and relevant qualifications or equivalent experience are desirable. The role operates under CPRC's AI policy, which does not allow AI to create new work for research or public communications.
