Provide complex care to children with a range of complex issues across Gloucestershire in a home-based setting. Responsibilities include providing high-quality care, managing activities and sensory play, communicating clearly, maintaining accurate care observation records and providing personal care. Applicants need at least one year's experience working with children, proven paediatric complex care experience, the ability to work independently with the care team, multidisciplinary team and family, and a compassionate approach. Experience with tracheostomy, PEG, NG or NJ feeding, ventilators, deep suctioning, epilepsy and learning disabilities is listed, with some not essential. Day, night and weekend shifts are available. Pay is £16.35 per hour via PAYE.
