Airmid Healthcare is seeking experienced and dedicated Support Workers for regular work in the Worcester area, supporting individuals with Autism to live fulfilling lives, explore their interests, build confidence and enjoy meaningful experiences at home and in the community. Duties include completing daily records using a digital care management system, contributing to support planning and positive outcomes, following Positive Behaviour Support strategies, assisting with cooking, cleaning, vehicle, staff area and grounds maintenance, and working with colleagues and professionals to deliver high-quality support. Applicants must have mandatory Health and Social Care Training, CPI/MAPA Training, experience supporting individuals with Autism, knowledge of trauma-informed support and Positive Behaviour Support, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a calm, patient and professional approach.
