The Commis pizzeria works in a brigade, prepares ingredients and mise en place, follows technical sheets, checks stock, limits waste, manages priorities, communicates with the team and develops knowledge of pizza recipes and equipment. Big Mamma is looking for someone passionate about pizzeria work and Italian cuisine, eager to learn, dynamic, organised, rigorous and responsive. The role is a permanent contract of 39 hours per week with two consecutive days off.
