Qualified candidates will have 5 to 10 years of experience representing companies, developers, franchisees, investors, and other entities in sophisticated real estate matters, with a focus on commercial leasing, franchise and distribution, and general corporate real estate. Substantial experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases, along with broader experience in the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of commercial properties, is required. Experience representing franchisees and handling asset acquisitions and general corporate tasks is highly preferred. Excellent academic credentials, strong communication skills, motivation, and the ability to work with minimal supervision are required.
