Full-time hybrid role in Sydney. The role involves quoting and binding renewal and new business submissions, delivering high quality client service to brokers and external stakeholders, entering data into underwriting systems, preparing underwriting files, reviewing policy documents, handling queries, coordinating credit control, claims and risk information, chasing outstanding binding instructions, maintaining accurate policy tracking tools, supporting quality and audit requirements, and assisting with broker meetings and webinars. Applicants should have a High School Certificate, Microsoft Office and Outlook competency, strong computer literacy, effective communication and interpersonal skills, strong customer service, attention to detail, problem resolution and decision making skills, the ability to work independently and in a team, deadline experience, and well-developed analytical and organisational skills. Desirable experience includes a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent, a Diploma of Financial Services, and experience as an underwriter in a relevant or similar product line.
