Manage a portfolio of ambitious SMEs, providing financial insights, advisory support and guidance to help clients achieve their business goals. Build strong client relationships, align services with client needs, work with Directors on client meetings and checkpoints, contribute to team development and internal processes, and mentor junior team members. Applicants should have 4+ years of practice experience in a professional accounting setting, be a qualified accountant with ACCA, ACA, AAT or CIMA, and be proficient in cloud accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong communication skills and a proactive, client-first mindset are required.
