Gain hands-on experience working with real clients, their financial affairs and projects across auditing, accounting and financial reporting. The training programme combines practical work, academic study, mentorship, technical training and in-house development sessions. You will work with a diverse client portfolio in a collaborative and supportive environment, with flexible working arrangements, wellbeing initiatives, social activities and opportunities to take on more responsibility and specialise in areas such as audit, tax or advisory.
