Seeking instructors and consultants with strong technical knowledge as a subject matter expert, the ability to explain technical information in simple concepts, strong IP networking experience, and previous training, consulting or public speaking experience. Five years of experience is required in data centre architecture, design or administration, modern SAN architecture and technologies, unified communications, video, voice, digital media and telecommunications, security technologies, or credentials. Responsibilities include technical preparation and course delivery, classroom setup and takedown, classroom management, consulting projects at client sites, instruction and guidance with hands-on demonstrations of real-world scenarios, cross-training on products, following standard operating procedures, and writing content as required. Applicants should have hands-on experience with Cisco technologies including Data Centre, Security, Wireless, TelePresence, Unified Communications and Video, experience as an IT trainer or consultant, excellent communication and team skills, and the ability to translate complex theories into understandable concepts. This is a full-time engagement.
