Provide one-to-one care for a 15-year-old young person in Horsford, Norwich, supporting short- and medium-term recovery from invasive spinal surgery. Duties include monitoring movement and pain management and working with the family and Airmid multidisciplinary team to provide continuity and stability. Applicants need experience with post-surgery recovery and previous paediatric experience, and should be calm, patient, adaptable and confident communicating with the multidisciplinary team and family. Thursday and Friday night shifts are available from 22:00 to 07:00. Pay is £15.00 per hour PAYE or £19 via LTD. The role offers flexible work within a supportive, person-focused team.
