Boston Neurobehavioral Associates is seeking child and adolescent psychiatrists for all Massachusetts locations. Qualifications include an M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school, board eligibility or certification in Psychiatry, completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency, completion of or current enrollment in a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship, an active Massachusetts medical license or eligibility to obtain one, and valid DEA registration or eligibility to obtain it. Interest in clinical research or academic collaboration is preferred. Responsibilities include evaluating children, adolescents, and families, providing medication management for pediatric psychiatric conditions, developing evidence-based treatment plans with patients and families, coordinating care with therapists, psychologists, and other providers, maintaining EMR and electronic prescribing documentation, and delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
