Boston Neurobehavioral Associates is seeking bilingual Spanish and English therapists or counselors for all Massachusetts locations. Qualifications include a master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, active Massachusetts licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure, fluency in Spanish and English with the ability to provide therapy in both languages, strong clinical assessment and case conceptualization skills, and experience providing clinical evaluations and evidence-based psychotherapy across a broad range of mental health conditions. Responsibilities include providing psychotherapy and counseling in Spanish and English, conducting intake evaluations and diagnostic assessments, developing evidence-based treatment plans, providing psychoeducation and counseling, collaborating with healthcare providers and referral sources, and delivering compassionate, culturally sensitive care.
