Lead Africa Carbon Partners into its next stage of growth. The role is responsible for overall strategy and execution, including project origination and development, carbon credit sales and investment, government engagement, and people development. Duties include overseeing the identification, onboarding and completion of carbon projects across Africa, supporting investor and buyer engagement, deal structuring and negotiation, developing government relationships and agreements, and building the ACP team and partners. Applicants should have at least a Bachelor's degree, a proven track record in carbon development and carbon sales, experience with investor or buyer networks, familiarity with carbon as an asset class and carbon project development, and willingness to travel and work across Kenya, the UK and Nigeria. The role is broadly location agnostic, with a preference for London, Nairobi, or Lagos or Abuja. Compensation comprises base salary, performance bonus and equity, with details to be determined based on experience and performance. The company is open to junior applicants with the right skillset and drive, and is hiring on a rolling basis with the aim of filling the vacancy by July 2026.
