SLI INTERIM is recruiting a roadworks team leader for assignments in Paris. Reporting to a works supervisor and site manager, you will help prepare and complete construction sites, plan material and equipment supplies, supervise teams, and monitor, organise and control work execution. You will manage operating agents with the operations manager, plan maintenance operations, monitor team activity, report and formalise work, and ensure compliance with worksite signage, hygiene, safety and applicable work organisation rules. The role includes winter service and summer standby duties, including patrols, interventions, salting, snow clearance and roadworks. Knowledge of safety rules is required. Organisation and autonomy are expected. A two-year degree in public works or civil engineering plus at least two years of site experience is required, or significant site experience with personnel management. The contract lasts four months and includes transport participation, weekly advance payment options, daytime work and no remote work. Salary is EUR 12.50 to EUR 16.00 per hour, depending on profile.
