Provide personal nursing care and assistance with daily activities, admissions, transfers and discharges, resident mobility, meals, treatments, documentation, care plans, safety and sanitation, and resident rights. Attend required training and report changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, complaints, and safety concerns. A high school diploma and California Certified Nursing Assistant license are required. Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
