Plan, develop, direct, evaluate, and coordinate educational and on-the-job training programs, including orientation, in-service education, refresher training, regulatory training, and continuing education. Maintain training records and materials, coordinate instructors and departments, support quality assurance, and develop training curricula and programs. A BS or MS diploma in nursing or a related field is required.
