Duties include selling, preparing and decorating coffee specialities, food and snacks, welcoming guests, operating and cleaning machines, coordinating the full service area, and taking responsibility for service and gastronomy standards. Enthusiasm for coffee, strong communication skills, teamwork and a passion for hospitality are required. Barista training is an advantage.
