Join a growing bi-coastal luxury home staging and interior design firm as a Buying + Design Associate on the San Francisco team. The role provides creative and administrative support to the Buyer/Designer, including supporting orders within client budgets, confirming orders, tracking and receiving products, entering and reconciling purchase orders in QuickBooks, updating inventory systems, providing product information to Marketing and E-Commerce, researching furniture, lighting, fabric and hardware, and assisting with design boards, client presentations, furniture plans, elevations and renderings. The ideal candidate is an exceptionally organized, motivated and independent communicator who works quickly without overlooking details and remains graceful under pressure. A BA or BS or equivalent, at least one year of buying or merchandising assistant experience, Google Suite proficiency, strong Keynote proficiency, and local residence in the San Francisco Bay Area are required. Experience with design or home furnishings is a plus, as are SketchUp and AutoCAD proficiency. Health benefits and vacation are provided, with 401k and profit sharing available.
