The role involves defining the product vision and migration roadmap, gathering and prioritising requirements, liaising with business stakeholders, IT teams and vendors, managing delivery milestones, risks and dependencies, validating data migration and system functionality, supporting Agile delivery practices, and resolving issues during the transition. Candidates should have strong knowledge of credit and commercial lending, experience supporting financial services transformation and IT delivery in complex regulated environments, excellent stakeholder management skills, experience with core banking platforms, ideally Oracle Flexcube or Temenos T24, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
