Grace Cathedral is seeking an exemplary candidate to maintain and distribute a complex calendar of services, concerts, meetings, receptions, maintenance, and other activities across several buildings. The role supervises 3 to 4 maintenance and custodial staff, manages vendors including groundskeepers and security contractors, liaises with parking garage attendants and the management company, ensures spaces are clean and organized, oversees building security procedures, and supports moving, setting up, and breaking down event equipment. Requirements include at least four years of facilities management experience, three years supervising paid staff, a high school diploma or GED, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat, strong communication, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, Christmas Eve, the night before Easter, and the night of Carnivale as needed. A college degree, familiarity with the Episcopal Church, and Spanish communication skills are preferred or a plus. The workweek is Tuesday through Saturday, with flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday events.
