Lead BIM coordination on complex Aviation projects, supporting clash detection, multidisciplinary model coordination, model management and digital delivery through the design phase. Responsibilities include applying BIM standards and workflows, maintaining model quality, running coordination workshops, resolving model-based design issues, providing Revit and BIM support, mentoring and improving digital delivery processes. Applicants should be degree-qualified in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building Design or a related discipline, with 3 to 7 years of BIM coordination or design delivery experience, advanced Revit skills, clash detection experience using Navisworks Manage or similar, knowledge of consultant coordination and project delivery workflows, and strong communication and organisational skills. An architectural background is preferred.
