Work with a national team of HR and Learning professionals as a trusted adviser to a dedicated client group. Responsibilities include advising on employee matters, managing employee relations cases, anticipating resource needs, managing recruitment for senior roles, supporting talent management and cyclical people processes, contributing to People policies, supporting the Perth studio, using data insights for decision-making and developing junior People team members. Applicants should have business partnering experience, strong communication and presentation skills, an understanding of employment legislation and modern awards, a proactive solutions-focused approach, and intermediate Microsoft Office skills. A Human Resources or related degree is preferred.
