Brunetti Oro is seeking experienced Baristas to join its friendly, dedicated and expanding team. The role works directly with the Head Barista and Bar Manager to maintain a consistent, high-level coffee experience, while working alongside Junior Barista staff and potentially taking on a mentoring role. Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience, provide superior customer service, be fast on the machine without compromising quality, be confident, communicate well, work as part of a team, know how to dial in recipes and adjust brewing parameters. Experience with volumetrics is desirable. The team works with two La Cimbali 4 group M-100 machines and a Juggler tap system. The successful applicant must be flexible to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekdays, weekends and public holidays in a 7 day operation. Accredited Barista training and ongoing mentorship from Lavazza coffee partners are provided, along with learning and development opportunities. Applicants must have the right to work in Australia.
