The Barback prepares bar mise en place and ingredients, supports the preparation and service of drinks and cocktails, keeps the bar clean and organised, and collaborates with the team to deliver an exceptional experience. Experience as a Barback, bar assistant or in hospitality, basic hygiene knowledge, teamwork, energy and a desire to grow are sought. The role is 40 hours per week on a permanent contract with rotating shifts.
