Join SHY Aviation's Operations and Flight Management team, providing round-the-clock service to clients worldwide. The role involves fulfilling flight requests, supporting private aviation brokers and acting as the primary point of contact for clients. Responsibilities include managing charter trips with aircraft operators, FBOs, handling companies, catering, ground transportation and other travel partners, communicating operational restrictions and alternative options, booking ancillary services, and maintaining accurate and timely client communication. Experience in private jet operations is favourable but not necessary. Applicants should have excellent customer service and negotiation skills, CRM and Microsoft Office experience, strong interpersonal skills, excellent English, accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. The role includes on-call hours outside the office. A full onboarding and training programme is provided upon successful application.
