Complete the CHC50121 Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care traineeship while working and learning in the workplace. The qualification develops skills to design and deliver meaningful education and care for children aged 0 to 5 years, develop and implement stimulating programs, and support children's growth, development and wellbeing. Training and assessment are conducted primarily at the trainee's workplace, with designated trainer support and 1:1 instruction. The traineeship is delivered over 12 to 14 months with full-time employment. A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care is required for enrolment.
