Orange Health Service offers Anatomical Pathology training in a Level 5 general hospital serving the Central Tablelands and surrounding regional hospitals. Training includes a wide range of gastrointestinal, urology, skin, gynaecological and lung specimens, frozen sections, EBUS, fine needle aspiration with rapid cytological assessment and regular multidisciplinary meetings. Registrars receive frequent multiheader sessions, weekly teaching, external quality assurance participation, access to teaching slides, accommodation, financial assistance for conferences and courses, online teaching and registrar slide exchange.
