Up Skill is seeking two Project Support Officers or Administrators to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support for a nationwide career progression programme. Duties include typing, data entry, event planning, reporting to the senior committee, supporting workshop delivery, handling telephone calls and enquiries, creating spreadsheets and presentations, arranging meetings and workshops, managing event schedules and resources, preparing agendas, attending workshops when required, supporting inductions, retrieving data from databases and mentoring systems, ordering stationery and raising purchase orders. The role involves liaison with health professionals, senior leaders, partners and internal and external organisations, and may include responsibility for supervising other staff. Applicants should have substantial experience in an administrative or secretarial setting, GCSE or equivalent, access to a computer and the internet, experience with Microsoft packages, effective written communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously from home. Health or NHS experience, relevant qualifications, project management experience and mentoring CRM system experience are desirable. Volunteers receive access to career development resources and professional one-to-one mentoring, and work may contribute to CPD accreditations and online professional profile promotion.
