Full-time, one-year fixed-term role at MEININGER Hotels Berlin Headquarters, with potential to become permanent. The position supports implementation and operation of the Coupa purchase ordering and invoicing system, including configuration, testing, invoice verification, VAT compliance, account assignment, vendor invoices, reconciliations, master data, system issue resolution, documentation and process improvements. Applicants should have one to two years of European accounts payable experience, knowledge of Coupa or similar systems, accounting and VAT knowledge, and ERP experience, ideally MS Dynamics.
