Support the development of training content, including presentation slides and a manual, and co-lead an in-person training series focused on 2SLGBTQ+ mental health and health in primary and community healthcare. Responsibilities also include supporting project timelines and objectives and attending team meetings. Applicants should have extensive experience running groups, facilitating workshops or teaching, strong knowledge of racialized cisgender, trans, non-binary and gender-diverse health and mental health concerns, experience in program development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and knowledge of trauma, violence and addictions within an intersectional context. Lived experience navigating the primary healthcare system as a Trans or non-binary person, registration with OCSWSSW, CRPO or another regulatory body, and active individual professional liability insurance are assets.
