An MMA event aimed at beginners. Participants receive 8 weeks of free MMA training, raise money for charity with a suggested minimum of £50, and fight an evenly matched opponent at a safe, professional, regulated event. Participants are required to sell tickets to friends, and fighters wear MMA gloves, shin guards and a groin guard. Training starts the week of Monday 28th September 2026 at Craig Ewers Academy, Unit 6, 24 Norbury Rd, Cardiff CF5 3AU. The event takes place at Vale Sport Arena, Penarth Road, Cardiff CF11 8TW.
