An MMA event aimed at beginners. Participants receive 8 weeks of free MMA training, raise money for charity, and fight an evenly matched opponent at a safe, professional, regulated event in front of friends and family. Participants are required to sell tickets to friends. All fighters wear MMA gloves, shin guards and a groin guard. Training starts the week of Monday 28th September 2026 at Phoenix MMA, 725 Wimborne Rd, Bournemouth BH9 2AX. The event takes place at O2 Academy Bournemouth, 570 Christchurch Rd, Boscombe, Bournemouth BH1 4BH.
