A Mysore tradition bringing Ashtanga teachers and students together to share food, wisdom, and inspiration. Includes a Super Led Primary practice followed by a conference exploring a topic related to practice. The conference will be held at a nearby park. Cost is $32 drop in or any active Down Under School of Yoga class pass.
