Powerlifting event featuring powerlifting, squat only, bench press only and deadlift only categories. Events are open to youth, junior and masters lifters. PA medals are awarded for first, second and third in all categories, all lifters are placed in Open and their age group, and trophies are awarded for best lifters. The event is subject to WADA compliant drug testing.
