Free legal advice for people who have received a criminal penalty order and want information about their rights. Volunteer lawyers provide advice, supported by students from the FU Berlin Law Clinic. The consultation is offered at the advice centre. Please bring the criminal penalty order, the yellow envelope and, if possible, documents concerning your income. Advice can cover objections, instalment payments, community service instead of punishment, avoiding substitute imprisonment and related procedures.
