A full-day interactive course covering the Food and Grocery Code of Conduct, including retailer obligations, legal requirements, key provisions and applying the Code in negotiations with retailers. Suitable for commercial, sales, finance, category management, supply chain, regulatory and support teams involved in trading with retailers. Open training typically runs from 09:00 to 17:00 and includes catering. In-house training can be tailored to business situations. Virtual in-house training is delivered through Zoom or Teams in multiple sessions. E-learning includes 12 self-paced modules with video and case studies. Participants receive a comprehensive training manual at the end of the course.
