A virtual refresher course covering the latest amendments to the Food and Grocery Code of Conduct following the 2024 review, including mandatory requirements, penalties, good faith, dispute resolution and retribution. The same content as the in-house course is facilitated on Zoom or Teams, generally in 2 x 3-hour or 3 x 2-hour sessions across a maximum of 3 weeks. Delegates require a computer with browser access, speakers and webcam. A comprehensive training manual is provided.
