A half-day refresher course covering the latest amendments to the Food and Grocery Code of Conduct following the 2024 review, including mandatory requirements, penalties, good faith, dispute resolution and retribution. Training is delivered at the host organisation's venue, with content that can be tailored to the business's specific situations and past experiences. The ideal number of attendees is 12 to 15. Catering and audio visual facilities are to be provided by the host organisation. A comprehensive training manual is provided.
