Annual herbalism course at Scuole d'Arte e dei Mestieri Scienza e Tecnica. The course is open to everyone and is particularly intended for people interested in working in the herbal and natural products sector. It covers human anatomy, physiology and pathology, botany, chemistry, pharmacognosy, herbal transformation laboratory work and practical cosmetology. The course lasts 250 hours annually, over 9 hours per week and 2 days per week, with 15 places available. The programme is designed to be completed over three years. Final assessment includes a practical multidisciplinary questionnaire and an oral interview, with admission requiring attendance at least 70% of lessons.
