Each year, the Center for International Law hosts a judge of the U.S. Court of International Trade or the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit to lecture on a topic addressing the role of the federal courts in shaping and litigating customs and trade law disputes. The series honors Dominick L. DiCarlo, a former Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of International Trade, and its first formal lecture was held in 2003.
